Makes me taller
i got this for myself because im a short around 5 foot 4 and when i used i got up to 5 foot 7 works great
These 3 pairs of height increase insoles socks are designed with shock absorption effect, made with quality silicone material, soft and elastic, comfortable to wear in certain shoes. But I could not get them into any of my boots while the socks are ON my feet. Unless you put the insoles into the boots 1st, then your feet go in 2nd and disregard the socks that came with it.
As you can see in my pictures, I have size 6 shoes, they fitted them perfectly, and worked well, again, in certain shoes.
